Because whenever they prepare the greeting cards for the customers ,
they must get approval from me first..
the greeting card must printed out nicely and neat...
so the margin of the message must put in the middle...
if the message is not in the middle (is on left/right/top/bottom) ,
i will need them to re-do the margins...
hahahaa...do you get to understand what i mean ?? =D
coming chinese new year season will be a very peak periods to me...
sure will have OT almost everyday...
But i also hoping , this coming season everything will
be going on smoothly all the time...
because these days i make a few mistakes constantly....
even myself also feel ''aduiii..how can i make such mistakes and keep asking rubbish questions''
hm...i think is because i have not enough sleep..lol...
really really really really very tiring...
always sleep at 1130pm or 12pm...
hehe..i know my friends who study in college,
they sleep much later than me..

The Making of Kimbap

I made Kimbap yesterday..
Do you know how long does it take me ?
I used around 5hours to finish everything including the cleaning..
Oh My!! But It Is WORTH!!
The Kimbap tasted not bad ^^
Even some of my relatives say it is nice ^^
It was so tiring to do the cutting, washing, cooking, wrapping and the cleaning..and yet I have to wash my hand and take picture then continue with my kimbap process..
and again wash my hand and take another picture..lol..haha..Ok la! Let's have a look on my kimbap ^^

ENJOY ~

This is the rice mixed with sesame oil & sesame seeds.. I couldn't find any danmoji(pickled radish) in market,
so i decided to make it my homemade one.. The zucchini (Japanese cucumber)

I cook the spinach in a boiling water added with 2 tsp salt..
then put some sesame oil and mix it well

crab meat cooked in boiling water for 25sec..

My 1st time to cook chicken breast.hahaha..
i added some maggi seasoning to taste better..

my carrots!! It is too much..so i transfer some to my fried egg =D

Fish cake and hot dog.. Ta~Da~ My Friedd carrot egg..hahaha..So happy to fried the egg..
is my 1st time to fried the egg in a perfect circle shape..hehe..

This is fun ^^Overall view from the table..lols..
too full until no space for me to put my rice..
so I put the rice on top of my oven..lol!!

First , prepare the seaweed and put on top of the sushi roller..
Before you put the seaweed on it,
by using your fingers..touch the skin of the seaweeds front and the back..the smoother part you place on the surface that touch on the sushi roller..
Then , put the rice evenly , just like on top picture..

Later , stuff all the ingredients you prepared at the end of the seaweed.. This is the kimbap after wrapped..i got no more hand to take picture while rolling it..
this is why i skipped to take the picture during the rolling process..hehe..sorry
Finally !! I have done all my rolling process..
This is my 1st time to used up 1 packet of seaweed (10pcs)
hahaha..
atually there are many leftover..
especially the zucchini, pickled radish,chicken breast and carrots..
Next time,I have to decrease the quantity of the food stated above..
really wasting...
I had a hard time cutting the kimbap..
Because all my kimbap are rolled not well..
quite loose..
when come to cutting process,
I have to hold the kimbap 1 side and cut slowly on my other side..

Here is my KIMBAP result !!
10pcs seaweeds can make arounf 60 pcs kimchi(cut)
this is alot!!
hahaha..but thanks to all of them who eat my kimbap ^^

Yesterday is Father's Day ,
Appa , Omma , brother and I went to eat Kimgary ^^
Brother got the 50% Kimgary coupon..
Yay! So nice...
I eat Korean+Japanese meal..
It is so delicious !!!!!
To tell you the truth ,
this is the first time for me to eat unagi !
Lols , i never eat unagi since before..hahaha...
Because I had never step into Sushi King / Sakae Sushi restaurant...
lols!! Unagi is so delicious !! yummy ^^
After finish our meal , brother went back to work..
Appa , Omma and I went shopping together =P
INCREDIBLY AWESOME ! This is the also the first time i see my parents shopping at Sunway
for 6 hours++ with me..
lols!! I never thought they will shop till so long..haha
But Omma keeps asking 'What time is it' ?
And Appa replies ' Why you keep asking ? Just shop la. The time is still early. Don't need to rush since we have so many times'
hahahaha...really funny...kekeke...
We bought alot of thing yesterday , especially Omma lols!!
She actually wanted to buy a shoes but the size she asks for , no more stocks already...too bad..
Hais...but never mind la..we also bought alot thing from DAISO !
lols..i came to like shop in DAISO ! hahahaha...
i found many cooking/baking equipments...
I wanted to buy all of them !! lols...
But I long long long time no bake already...
And my over also 'FAT MOU JOR' hahahahaha !
no la..not really that dirty..just need to clean the bits..hehehe...
Although DAISO in Sunway is smaller than DAISO in IOI Mall ,
But i more prefer Sunway outlet...

ok , today i go for work...
around 10.30 my dad fetch me to school...
to take my SPM result...
i'm so nervous during all the day in the office , in the car , until i walk to the school canteen..
the feeling...
I was hardly to breathe...
and my heart jump cant stop beating...

very very fast....
When is my turn to take my result..
I dont dare to look at my result....
i cover the result with an envelope....
then my couseling teacher come and she says she want to see my result...
i show it to her...but i still dont dare to look at my result...
and then...i bravely look at my result....
and i cant believe that i will get 6A n 3B...
my friends is very happy with their result esp HPY n PSL...
both of them cry looking at their result...
PY gives me a hug and i congratulate her...

getting 6A for my SPM result...
i feel nothing...
i really feel nothing...
because from the starting...
i never hope to get any A...
is not that i wan to proud or arrogant about...
but the truth is...
i really dont wish for that much A's...

at first i also dont know what i want to say when i saw the doughtnut xD

after blow the candle ,

They want to see me finish the doughtnut in front of them..lol!!

Then boss asks me how do i feel...

Am i happy for the doughtnut ??

from my dad already..

study or working ?
Mann , now only i know that i'm not really mature as how you think i am...
Many people continues study after F5 life , including my friends...
Well..study ? hah ! When i was in F5 , i never think of continue study...
Ya , my friends told me study is important especially now to the girls !

i dont even can choose a course that i really interested in....
Choosing a course you like is not as easy as we say...
Once you took the wrong course , a cross (x) will appear in ur way...

He might need office worker....

today , 09/12/10 , is the last day of SPM for me.
Today i have account paper.
And I really cant believe with the questions...
the second question is totally different than those past years questions...
also , suddenly come out buku tunai runcit which hasnt been out for over 10years ago and today it came out in the Prinsip Perakaunan Paper 2 , 2010..it was a compulsory question somemore ==
haha , nevermind..it's over...no matter how you think of it..
it's still already over..
it will never come back again =)
so , what should i do after this ?
what course should i study ?
do i really have the money to apply on the college ?
everyone has different thinking...
but i dont know what should i do , just like everything has messed up in my mind..
well , i ask my dad when should i work for part time...
he just tell me to stay in the house and play the computer for this month...
after the chinese new year just start working...
he has his own reason for it...since CNY is coming within 2months..
okay about study...
am i really a person who can study ??
i dont know...do you think i am ?
i dont even have an ambition..huh ? very bad right ?
maybe some of you will said that ,
actually you can study if you wanted..

My lovely grandma

yesterday my grandma is send to the ICU
i'm so worry about it...
few days ago , she says that she can't breathe like normal...
it is so suffocating for her...
you know , old people...
when she is send to the hosp.
doctor makes a body checkup for her and..
her heart beat is very low...
only 50 beats something...
after 7-8hours in the ICU ,
she is send to the room...
my cousin sister tell me that she is still under critical...
everyone is very worry about her..
even my aunt from singapore back to here immediately...
around 11pm...everyone goes back except my dad...
he accompany my grandma until today morning...
and...yesterday midnight
i'm so scare...
i suddenly awake and i cannot sleep...
i scare that someone will suddenly give a emergency call..
until 5 morning like that...i just can sleep...
i can't even have time to study in the house...
today in the school , i really dontknow what i'm really doing...
i can do the add math questions but i keep sub in and expand wrongly..
i'm just day dreaming and my heart is not with me...
i pray and i wish that my grandma will be fine and return home safely...
so that everything is back to normal and i can sit my exam next week without worries..
dear grandma , we love and we care about you...
i know that i'm not a good grandaughter...
i sometimes talk loudly to you...
i'm lazy when you call me to do something...

graduation day is over..
my 2nd performance , hard and last minutes effort by me..
was not perform on the stage...
oh..my...
so sad when come to think of it..
i think some of my friends also sad...
The idea was really great for me...

i'm back for while now..
today my friends and I having 1st study group..
it's a first experience for me ^^
before this , i though having a study group is not really nice...
because we will spend more time on chatting and playing together..
but after today..i feel like...i want more study group with my friends..
i love to study in a group just like today..
everyone is so concentrate on asnwering the questions and discussing...
today we study about chemistry..
and we do paper 2007 objective questions..
do you know how much do i score ??^^
haha..i get 24/50!!
terrible rite?? not even half of it i get right =P
hehe...actually for me..i think 24 out of 50 questions..is a normal result..
not too good or too bad...
this is because everyday after the school , i also never study or do revision...
and suddenly today we do past year questions..
no asking or check with revision book before finish answering and checking the answers...
hahaha...to tell the truth..
from Jan 2010 , i never study for my weak subjects..
until my mid-year exam came and i just study for last minute..
and now everything that i have read before..all also i have forgot..
see...i'm so terrible @@
so..after today the study group..
i would like to say thank you to all of my friends...
they briefly try to explain to me with their much effort..
they are helping me alot..
and i think..i should have start my revisions and exercises starting from today...
this is because my friends had helped my so much all this long...
and i should have sacrifice my time playing computer to study...
i hope i really can discipline my lazy ME! so that i can study for this 2 months before the SPM..
2 months only...not very long...it's very short only@@
i will do my best in my revision and of course for my coming soon examinations...trial and SPM!!

I love to eat apple though...
but why there are so many difference tastes in the apple ?
There are many types of apples in the world...
Not all the apple are sweet...
Even though it does look nice from the outside , it doesn't mean that the apple is sweet..
Some apple has spoiled...but it's still sweet to eat...
Some apple has spoiled by the moth and
some is fall from a very high apple tree causing the apple to spoil..
If the apple is being spoiled by the moth , it is because the apple is too sweet...
If the apple falls from a very high apple tree , it will causes the apple looks ugly...
When the apple looks ugly , not all people will buy it...
because they think the apple is ugly and it is not nice to eat..
and when there is no one buy the ugly apple ,

yet , i dont know how i want to start it....and...
the problems of my friends become worser and worser...
one problem settled , another one comes...
oh my SHIT !! what the hell is going on ?
sometimes i really dont know what i should do...
i wanted to console my friends but...i can do nothing...
i'm so afraid that if i will make the problem more troublesome...
because i'm afraid..i had choosed not to bother anything , eventhough my curiosity is very high enough to know about the truth but i stopped myself from being a fool me..
plus , my hair keeps fall for a month until now...
i wonder if the problems are half of the causes of my stress...
sometimes i think he really played us...
it is not that i want to blame him...but
everything really comes too suddenly and abruptly...
please , i really dont want to see anymore of this...
everyone is not happy...
i really hope you will guide us and everything returns to normal by this year...

okay...today...
my friend , puiyeng and i..darely..confronted with our school headmisstress =)
before we go to the office and look for her...
we are actually discussing about the performances for our school teacher's day..
well..we want to dance korean song 'Oh and Genie' from SNSD...
gurpp..when we almost finish discussing...we suddenly think of a thing that we dont really like it...
which is...the school rules...where is stated that our customes must look polite and no SHORTS!!
awww...and another thing is,we cannot dance moden dance...but only traditional dance..dots..
oh my god...why my school like that =(
its been 5 years i study in this school..all the performances either from us or other students also look not nice already...because , they did the same thing for every year, zzz...hais...

today i watch cinema with friends

WE watch 'How To Train Your Dragon'

This movie is very nice =)

haha..Night fury(the dragon) and the master (Hiccup)

both having hard time at first...

later in the movie...they become best friend!!

so,if who havent watch this movie yet..

please buy the CD or go to cinema and watch ^^

the story line is interesting and you will never feel bored...

nice movie always show only for a short time..

the duration for this movie is only 1h and 45min

After the movie end , my friend and I rush to the toilet..hehe

we have been 'bertahan from shh shh..' for a long time...

haha..this is because the movie is too nice..

and i dont want to miss any scene of the movie =P

then we walk to 'Yu Jia restaurant'

we took almost 20min to choose the menu..haha

the food is delicious and we can smell the fragrance ^^

today...i never go to school again ><
my parents want me to rest in the house until i fully recover...
after eat the medicine....
few hours later..i vomit...
i saw something green...
i dono whether that is gall bladder or the colour of my medicine....
later my mom bring me meehoon mee soup....
and i ate some only...
when i swallow the food...my throat taste bitter....
ah....making me...very hard to swallow....
do u know....and i dono....

i dono whether this is me myself or the another me....
i cry because..i couldnt finish the food my mom bring for me..even half of IT!!!

all of us...had make a mistake before...

yokata.....finally...my fever is getting better than previous day...
that day...after baking cake...suddenly feel not well...
ok then i eat 1 panadol and sleep...
after that...i fell nothing...
later..i went to the restuarant to see whether my parents is still there or not
because i wan to follow them go to the Hero to buy cream's ingredient..
unfortunately...they have drive the car away ==''
on the same time....the weather is super hot...
and i have to go to ther 99 speedmark there and buy the thing i wanted...
inside the shop so cold ==''
later when i back to home...
i start making cream...
then..i feel not well AGAIN!!!
this time i'm having headachce too...zz
until around 6.30pm...
i really beh tahan...
i ask my mom to birng me to the neatby clinic...
after get the medicine...
i still feeel very weak...
on the next day..
my fever is still the same....
in the evening..my parents bring me to the doctor foo..
i show the medicine to him..
he says the medic that the doctor give to me..
is jus a normal panadol and antibiotic...
after back to home...
i eat the medic that the doctor gv...
waaa.....feel better le......
not like that day ^^
and now...i'm fine le ^^
and also i have to thank to my lovely parents..

CNY 2O1O-Penang trip

yay!!!
finally back from penang

it was actually a few days ago i came back home..

hehehe...too busy..that's why i'm late to blog here =P
exchausted lehhhhhhh..
but it was a nice trip for me =)
we ate ALOT there@@
keep eating all the day luuu~~
until now my weight increased :D
dont know increase hw much lu...
hahah...
we went for 3 days and 2 nights ^^
3 days are actually not enuf for us to visit all the nice places in Penang...
we only visited the 'Kek Lok Si'
and also went to the Gurney Drive...
waaaa...so nice leh...
many people playing fireworks there...
all the way road ppl selling fireworks...
and the police there like nothing...
they never care about it..hahahah
my aunt bought few boxes of fireworks..
and we play together @@''
so loud lehh when the fireworks BOOM!
but...we're actually polluting the ocean =XX
many of them after playing the fireworks jus threw in the sea @@...
aaaaa...why ahhh ~~

and then...we stay at the Hotel Tanjung Bungah..near to the beach de...

that evening we went to the beach and walk around...

and then i saw jelly fish's head...

no more tentacles eh....

maybe eaten by other aquatic marine...

ke lian the jellyfish...

and..you know what..

although this is the 1st time i went to Penang...

but...the beach...looks like...polluted...

so dirty leh...

i also dundare to swim on the sea..

only swim in the swimming pool...

on the next day...

we one group young adults went to the canteen and eat..

its buffer...and its FREE!! ^^

so delicious...

this is my 1st in baking Kuih bangkit =)

I think it's succeed rite?? ^^

It turns out to a 'boleh tahan' taste laa xDD

But my parents and my grandma say that its a little too sweet @_@''

haha...my dad says not enough 'heong' ^^

and i also agreed with my dad :P

Here is the ingredient :

-topiaca flour (300g)

-10 pandan leaves(actual was 4-5pandan leaves only)

-1 egg yolk

-20g margarine

-140g icing sugar

-120ml coconut milk

-1/4 tsp of vanilla powder

-1 tsp of milk powder(additional add by myself)

Method....

1.Fry flour and the pandan leaves over a lower flame until fragrant.

2.Sift the flour, sugar and vanilla powder in the bowl.

3.Add margarine , egg and coconut milk.

4.Knead until pliable

Bake for around 160C , for 15-16min...

huhuuuu...there is still a thing i do not understand...

the actual recipe asks for 4-5 pandan leaves...

and i put 10 pandan leaves to fry together with the flour..

but the result turns out to be not very 'heong'

when i'm frying the flour..i only smelt a little pandan fragrance..

haha..never mind...

i will try better next time ^^

100g dark brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanila
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp choco powder
170g flour
1/2 tsp bica soda
1/2 tsp salt
and chocochip

1.Cream butter and sugar.
2.Beat in egg and vanila.
3.Sift all dry ingredients and mix it.
4.Put in fridge.
5.Makes into ball shape.

The story ends with F4 four years later with each cast revealing happenings on their current life--Yi Jung coming back form Sweden for helding his art exhibit and visits Ga Eul to a kinder garten and she was suprised , Ji Hoo who just opened his Grandpa's clinic, Ga Eul who was teaching the art of pottery to preschoolers and Woo Bin becoming a happy man but his career was never mentioned in the story. Lastly, Geum Jan Di went to the beach to see Jun Pyo.He then proposes to Jan Di but the answer was still a question among viewers because when Jan Di was about to answer--Ji Hoo, Yi Jung and Woo Bin arrives saying that they object to the proposal because Jun Pyo and Jan Di didn't ask for their permission first.

i'm so sad...
i just only can blog here...to express my feeling...
i suddenly feel that...
i dont like holidays...
its so...stressful for me...
i dono why!!! maybe...many sad thing keep happening on me this few days..
yesterday jus fight with myfriend...and i lost 2 friends =)
dontknow and when...or maybe some other day... we will be friends again ,uh ??
i dontknow...
i still have 1 month holiday...i dontknow how i'm going to spend my time...
could someone help me..what should i do for now ?? to cool down my feeling ??
no...no one can understand me now..
i tried to look for a job...
but...i dontknow why i got a feeling...i will never work well as i haven try the job before...
this feeling fear my own....and maybe..i'm not ready yet to look forward to the reality world...
somehow..i know i'm crapping here...but...this is what i really going to say...
I have a question to ask...
Is eldery have the '...' to say the younger [...] ?? since they..their ownself...can say bad sentences to their eldery ??
I wonder if the eldery have ever think b4 they want to speak...and sometimes it does hurt the younger's heart....like everything they say..is 100% correct and we should keep it..
If we say back a sentence...they say we fight their talks...oh my god...
I think every1 also know that human's mouth is the most poisoning....because they can just anyhow say the words they want in purpose or accidently....

by using the same ingredients...

but this time...a little bit changed..

first turn to 190celcius for 10mins , later turn to 160-170celcius for 10mins also..

the total time taken is 20mintues

uhmhum...i bake twice time..

the 1st egg tart picture is jus below this post..

and the 2nd egg tarts(put in fridge,just bring to bake)

and the result is..the egg tarts never shown up just like the picture below..

its colour is pale than the 1st bake..

today i bake egg tart =)
failed aaaaaa
the biscuits is sooooooooo thick !! LOLS!!!
hahahaha...must do better next time =DDDD
must succeed deee =)
here is the recipe ^^V

for the biscuits:
100g salted butter
60g icing sugar
1/4 tsp salt and esen vanilla
1 egg
200g flour
20g milk powder

for the filling:
1 egg
3 egg yolks
30g-40g granulated sugar
water 60ml
milk 60ml

Method I:
Beat butter , sugar , salt and esen till fluffy and soft.
Then put in egg.
Add flour(sifted) and milk powder
Make it into dough and make the shape.

Method II:
Mix everything together until the sugar dissolves..
then filter the mixture.Cool for 20-30min to clear the bubbles.
Bake for 190C for 20min (for bigger size)
Bake for 190C for 15min[not sure] (for smaller size)

This is before it bring to bake.

i got this recipe from newspaper =DDD
kekekeke~
here you are =D

300g high protein flour(9.0)
80g low protein flour (8.5)
1/2 tsp salt
80g castor sugar
1 tbsp milk powder / spirulina cereal powder
11g instant dried yeast(1 pack)
1 egg(size B)
180g water
40g butter
1 beaten egg(for glaze)

Method

Sift both flour into the electric mixer bowl.Add salt,sugar and milk powder,and beat for 20sec.
Stir in yeast and egg , then pour in water gradually.
Add butter and knead into smooth and pliable dough.Remove to a greased bowl and cover with plastic/damp tea towel for 40minutes.
Remove dough to a floured table top.Scale dough around 65g.
Take a pieace and roll into elongated shape.Put sausage in the centre and wrap the dough around it.
using a pair or knife/scissors cut eight slits,cutting through the sausage.Cover with plastic again and leave for 20minutes.
Glaze on top and bake for around 15-20minutes.180degree.

Actually , this is not the actual recipe.I had changed a little of the ingredients.Thankyou =)

My hamster died

Today...when i return from school.. my mom told me...
my hamster(the oldest) died...
i dont know what to say...
and i jus asked..where is he now ?
it's been burried by my dad...
not even last eyes to see him...
i never cry this time...
but my tears did rolled inside my eyes ball...
well...what can i say again...
hamster is also a life...
will be born to and die on someday...
i really sad with what i have doned today..
i never see my hamster early in the morning today..
and i jus went to school..
nothing we can aspect to happen today or tomolo...
maybe if not becos of he is sick (a tumour outside its body)
he maybe will never die today...
aybe after sometimes its old...
i dont know what sick he had...
i had searched over the internet..
but i dont see any of the symptoms that other hamster got..
the tumour ,
made him getting more thin and thin...
and his fur was dropped off...bald on the top of the body...

today is my friend's birthday xD
she sure very happy de lehh xD
hehehehehehhehehe....
today after school.
planning all go to the cafe near by our house...
some of us go back and change clothe..including me..
hehehe..
for me of cos extra abit la..
i go back home need to prepare the cake...
decorate the cake with the birthday words and also the decoration with oreo biscuits..
lols...so in rush man!!
in within 40min must finish whole thing including change my clothe and wash the whisker i had used..walao..
then my friend call me...LOL!! she ask me whether when i'm coming de..
llol..that time i already wan to go out le....
weee the cake @_@
lol!! when i reach there..everyone call my name!! and come to me and look at the cake i bake
LOL!!! all say WAHHH SO NICE ....
but then for me i feel the decoration is very normal only..LOL dono why ._.
huhu~ then my friend bought 6 fireworks birthday candles...
zzzzzz...sad!! NO FIRE TO PUT ON!! use lighter is too dangerous...
cos the lighter is too short..scare later the firework birthday candles will burn before the hand
goes off..so we never use any of the candles and keep for next time...
lol...we then jus sing birthday so the the birthday girl xD!!!
and act blows out the fire..LOL!! so funny man!!

it's almost going to 3 pm after we sit and eat and chat for so long...

i was so nervous on that time..

MY choco cakeeee =)

DING!!
uhm......what happen to my choco cake ??@__@
i took almost 4hours to make that cake -____-!!
it's not the cake's problem!!
is about the cream@____@
i made cream for 3 times -___-!
act. for the 1st time i also succeed deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, but then...
the milo's mixture,water too much!!! too watery -_______________-!!
so when i mix it with the egg whites mixture...
it become liquid!! not anymore cream T________________T

here is the recipe =DDD

-->2tbsp choco powder
-->80g butter (melted)
-->100g fined sugar
-->60g all purpose flour
-->40g cake flour
-->4 grade B eggs, separated

For the choco cream:
-->2tbsp choco / milo powder
-->2tbsp (2x20)sugar
-->2tsp (5x2)sugar
-->3eggs white

tomorrow just go to my aunt's house and taste it!!
