what happen to the cake ?

hikk ? O_O!
what happen to my cake -__-!!
one bit one bit white colour , like flour , also like not baked...

dono how to explain la x(
sadsad..
though my cake will be success..
but ended up like this
Cry in my heart ....
waste my time and energy to bake the cake...
and also my money flew away like that T______T
is the ingredient problem or the flour ? huh....!
i really dono ~~
the chocolate cream more die...

80gbutter , melted
60g self-raising flour
40g flour
4 eggs , separated
100g fined-sugar

5spoon butter
55g sugar
5tbsp milo powder , 2tbsp sifted { retarded cream! }
4 egg whites

huhuu!! dont want to make this cream any more!!
stupid ME!!
dono why!! after beat the egg whites , add in milo powder , the mixture will suddenly become liquid!! even i pour in a bit water inside the milo powder , also like this!! WHY ?
how can i just make a better cream ? x(
