i got this recipe from newspaper =DDD
kekekeke~
here you are =D
300g high protein flour(9.0)
80g low protein flour (8.5)
1/2 tsp salt
80g castor sugar
1 tbsp milk powder / spirulina cereal powder
11g instant dried yeast(1 pack)
1 egg(size B)
180g water
40g butter
1 beaten egg(for glaze)
Method
- Sift both flour into the electric mixer bowl.Add salt,sugar and milk powder,and beat for 20sec.
- Stir in yeast and egg , then pour in water gradually.
- Add butter and knead into smooth and pliable dough.Remove to a greased bowl and cover with plastic/damp tea towel for 40minutes.
- Remove dough to a floured table top.Scale dough around 65g.
- Take a pieace and roll into elongated shape.Put sausage in the centre and wrap the dough around it.
- using a pair or knife/scissors cut eight slits,cutting through the sausage.Cover with plastic again and leave for 20minutes.
- Glaze on top and bake for around 15-20minutes.180degree.
Actually , this is not the actual recipe.I had changed a little of the ingredients.Thankyou =)
